Join Lucen World and Lucy Joslin for an afternoon exploring movement through callisthenics.

Every guest will receive an On AW26 Studio & Training apparel set before taking part in a welcoming all-levels class designed to build strength, confidence and body awareness.

Lucy brings almost twenty-five years of coaching experience, blending strength training, Pilates and Iyengar yoga into an approach that's both technical and encouraging.

We'll begin with complimentary matcha from our friends at Jenki before heading to Mission to move together.
