2. Bookings & Payments

All event bookings are subject to availability.

Prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (GBP) unless otherwise stated and are processed securely through Shopify and approved payment providers.

Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email from Lucen World.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel bookings where necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

3. Event Changes, Refunds & Cancellations

Unless otherwise stated, tickets and event bookings are non-refundable.

If Lucen World cancels an event, attendees may be offered one of the following:

  • A full refund;

  • A transfer to another event; or

  • Credit towards a future Lucen World event.

If an event is postponed or materially changed, we will contact attendees with the options available.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.

4. Event Attendance

By booking an event, you agree to:

  • Attend responsibly and follow any reasonable instructions given by event organisers, venue staff or facilitators.

  • Behave respectfully towards other attendees.

  • Comply with any venue rules or health and safety requirements.

Lucen World reserves the right to refuse admission or remove attendees whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or inappropriate without refund where reasonable.

Some events may involve physical activity. You are responsible for ensuring that you are medically fit to participate and should inform us of any relevant accessibility requirements when booking.

5. Photography, Video & Audio Recording

Lucen World events may be photographed, filmed or recorded.

By attending an event, you consent to your image, likeness, voice and appearance being captured and grant Lucen World, its partners, collaborators, sponsors and affiliated organisations the right to use this material for marketing, promotional, editorial, social media, press and commercial purposes without further permission or compensation.

If you have concerns regarding photography or filming, please speak to a member of the Lucen World team before the event begins.
